Self explanatory. I don’t see an option under edit profile that allows to change the email address tied to my account. Is this even possible to do?

Remember that the email address is simply a log-in name, and it is not necessary to change it to keep your account in good standing.
- If you wish to change your email address and you have not verified the address, you can do so in the Account Management system.
- If you have only a Guild Wars account, you can change it.
- If you have verified the address, please contact Support with any questions about making this change.

As Zaken points out, it is really easy. You only need to send Customer Support a ticket and give them the old and the new one.
