I was sending some materials to a friend who happens to be on the European server and I’m on the American server. My friend didn’t need the extra materials so he sent it back to me, but I never got the mail and he mailed a empty mail to test if it was me or him glitching out or something was wrong. So he tried to send me a test mail and it got the message that it was “Processing Previous mail”. In the past I’ve never had this problem sending mail over cross servers. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or is there anything ANet could do to help me get this mail because I don’t want to lose my Globs of Ectoplasm

Hi. We had a slowdown in mails yesterday, but I imagine that it all sorted out ok and you got the mail eventually. If that was not the case and you did not receive the mailed item, please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.
