So it hadn’t even been a whole month before the Wizard Hat promotion came out so I created a ticket to get my standard game refunded and turn around to purchase this new deal.

Well I was told my standard edition is being refunded, and I went ahead and bought I wizard’s edition. When I tried to submit it it said it was already applied, but I see no change with my account, and haven’t gotten the items.

I worry that it might not have applied correctly.. can I get some help?

If you asked for a refund your account would be permanently closed. There is a lot of cost involved in the refund process, and we cannot sustain someone going through that process more than once, so refunded accounts are no longer usable.

If you want to use your serial code, please start a new account.
