Like seriously? I sent a ticket after my account was hacked, got my account back with nothing left on it. So i sent another asking for my account to be restored, its been about 7 hours since i sent that second ticket and i don’t even get a “Hey, where working on it now.” I am disappointed with how slow a-nets support system is, it is honestly the worst I’ve seen in any game.

Restorations take time. Please be patient and wait to hear back from the team.’

You can help this process by not submitting duplicate tickets. That will not speed the process, in fact it will slow the team’s ability to resolve it, as they take the time to review, merged, and close the duplicate tickets.
