Let me preface by saying that I don’t blame anyone for this but myself.

So, I’d bought the game about a week ago, and was so frustrated by the lack of PVP (no 3v3, no deathmatches, no 2v2, not even dueling) that I asked for a refund. I received a refund. Fast forward a few days, and I am willing to overlook the ridiculous lack of PVP. Maybe they’ll add something later, after all. Who cares, maybe I’ll just keep playing. So I buy another game…

Well, as I’m registering my serial code, it asks me: “Do you have an existing account”, why yes I do. And I click yes, and my modern browser immediately jumps in to help. Let me log in for you, my browser says, and logs in for me. Except… now I can’t log in to the game. That account has been suspended for a refund, and both my old and my new serial numbers are registered to it. Wow.

Now I’ve dropped 120 dollars on a game I can’t even play. This is embarrassing, but I could use some help here…. please… like right now…. Please?

Please be patient. But do be aware, you will not be allowed to simply add a new code to the old account and continue playing. You will need to start a new account.

The Support Team can and will help you with this, but please allow a bit of time for them to get to this ticket and respond to your request.
