My wife has an email from Tixx with all these wonderful goodies.. The email says it went out to all of Tyria… I don’t have it but the other 4/5 of the accounts in my household got it. Please assist.

You need to log into the Wintersday event to get the mail.

Have you logged into Lion’s Arch in the last, say, 40 hours?
