For christmas i bought my partner a copy of GW2 from our local gaming store. I have just installed and downloaded all the patches on her computer.

I then went to register her serial code and create her account. I used the same email that i use for my account until we got her a new email. Now i cant log in to her account after linking it with my account. It has changed my username to her username and when i log in i see my characters and no option to use the second account.

Hello Baroness.

You need to contact Customer Support (click here), so they help you with this issue. Do not forget to provide them with as many details of both accounts as possible. If the ticket goes unanswered for three or more days, please, proceed to write the reference number and a little description in the following thread.
