I convinced a co-worker to leave WoW and come to GW2. He put in his info to make an account with the game key and the web page froze. He hit the back button and tried again and it said key was already active. He tried to log on using the info his email that he provided and still had no luck. He went to the support page 3 days ago and put in a ticket and still hasn’t heard back from support. Is there anything he can do to get this issue fixed? Some live person via chat or phone he can talk to?

Has he had any response at all? Could you give the ticket number? I am checking into response rates and am contemplating recommending that we go back to the system that at least sent an “automatic response” so players know they’re reached us.

The link was missing? That’s not good. I will check into that; it doesn’t make sense to ask people to update and not provide the means to do it.
