My friend just made an account, and got the thank-you e-mail through his computer. But when he tried to log-in, it didn’t work. He can’t even log-into the website, which is why I’m typing right now. It says his account or password are wrong. And it also will not allow us to recover them because he hasn’t made a character yet to even have it sent to him.

What do we do?

You need to tell your friend to send a ticket to Customer Support, by clicking here, as they are the ones who can effectively help him with this issue (he does not need to be logged in the forums so he can do this by himself). He needs to provide the details of his account and explain the problem so it can get resolved.
