i just bought this game last night made my account tried to login didnt let me said username/password worng so i reset the password three times even tryed to recover the account wouldnt let me i can log into the website but not the game

i have read that reinstalling it wont help at all soo i guess i just have to sit back and wait till my ticket gets answered
