when i tried to login today i got this message (the account name or password you entered is invalid)

Build: 16458
Error code 11:1001:2:1298

anyone know how to fix this beacuse i have no clue. i have changed my password 4 times and still nothing. as you can see i can log in to my account on the web but i cant log in on the game launcher for some reason. any ideas?
