I recently changed my wireless internet router which changed my IP. Today I tried logging into Guild Wars 2 and says I need to allow access and stuff, so I checked my email, went on the link, Allowed access, and it comes up saying failure, an error occurred with your request. Any help is appreciated

Hmmm… I think you need to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They should be able to assist you.
