I clicked “Transfer” on the confirmation window and have been sitting here for at least 10 minutes and nothing seems to be happening. The UI is unresponsive. Not sure if I should force a restart or what. Please advise.
Please, restart the client and see what happens. Normally these glitches tend to get resolved after that. If this is not the case after some tries, then proceed to open a ticket with Customer Support.
I haven’t seen issues arise with leaving the change screen and trying again. I do believe this situation was related to capacity rather than to some sort of bug, but if you continue to have difficult, as Eva suggested, go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.
