I recently tried to transfer my home world to Sorrow’s Furnace. However, even with it selected, the game transferred me to another random world. I have submitted a bug report and opened a ticket with Customer Support. It’s a simple fix to just change my home world, however, Customer Support has instead suggested that I get a refund for the game? I asked for help, not a refund! Is this a way to make me wait till I have to pay to get a transfer to increase revenue? All I want is to be placed into the home world I selected so I can play with my friends and family.
AcidPith, as Meijo has already indicated, Customer Support cannot just move you from one world to the other like this, I am afraid, although we would like to thank you for the bug report, as the more reports we have about these issues, the better the game will be.
