My friend had his account terminated because we were sending simple crafting materials back and forth to each other via mail system. We sent in a support ticket only to receive an automated message saying that he was still perma banned for RMT/Gold Selling.

We’ve sent another ticket in, but we have not gotten a response in 4 days since sending it in…

This is a mistake because he has never engaged in any act for RMT or sold gold for real money.
