My friend can’t seem to login after being absent from the game a couple months, he can’t find his serial code for the authorization that is suppose to be in his email.

His character name also has random letters in it with it, must knows the general name.

Help please? Also, why does gw2 NOT have customer phone support?

Your friend should contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist him.
