Edit: this was a report on an incident in the Harathi Hinterlands featuring three champions (Ministerial Guard) which suddenly spawn and attack the character, possibly in connection with the Order of Whispers storyline. As this is now being looked into and I am being insulted for an emotional reaction on said incident I see no reason for letting the posting stand. I note the social standards on this forum and leave it.

Was the step “An Apple a Day”? It’s the step before Chapter 5. Since you edited your post, I can’t look up the VO line you remember, but there are no story steps that I can find that involve multiple champions, and a “Minsterial Guard” wouldn’t even have a colored nameplate. (Generally, NPCs with a proper name will have a gold name border, but generic NPCs do not.)
