I have reset my password 3 times, and every time I try to log on it says It is incorrect, has been happening for months, either fix it or refund please. ( this is the 5th time ive had account issues with anet, really really bad customer service )
Blake, have your previous tickets been closed? If so, we would encourage you to send a new one informing Customer Support of this, since you have been waiting for long. If you do not receive an answer for three or more days, then proceed to post your reference number and a brief description in the post indicated by Jinx, so it will be taken as priority.
