Hello. When I chat or send mails the game will crash, and there is nothing I can do.. just to restart the game.. I cant create another charector, because of game crushing when typing name. It happens in 100% cases.
Is here another way but changing the keyboard layout?

Hi Rayne – I’m curious to see a crash report. This may give us some indication as to why you’re experiencing this issue. You can find this by navigating to Documents\Guild Wars 2 and it should be the ArenaNet.log file.
