I tried using and Amex card and a Visa and it keeps telling me “Card Approval Failed” When i try to purchase gems. I was able to buy them yesterday with no problem. Help?
I think there’s a “velocity” control that prevents frequent purchases. I do believe the team can override that in some cases. So go ahead and contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They may be able to assist you.
