I purchased some transmutation stones the other day and they were charged but never delivered. Anyone else had this problem?

This is almost always caused by a full mailbox. There’s a bug where the mailbox count (x/10 messages) doesn’t count some messages, but they do fill up the inbox and prevent new mail from being received. Try clearing out your inbox, and waiting for the mail to arrive. (It can take several minutes.)
