May a dev/mod can answer since no one did in the forun thread.

I cannot connect to support either through the services dropdown or the support link at the top of the page (both on the forums and main web page.
It tries and tries but doesn’t connect. Support down or links broke???

As far as I can tell, the support system is operating just fine. So you should go here and submit a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page.

If that doesn’t work, you could try submitting an email to [email protected]
