Is there a way to contact Arenanet directly? I’ve got a friend who has’nt ben able to log in since GW2 came out and Anet seems to just ignore his cries for help. I really did’nt expect this from Anet.. If possible can an admin help me?

Support has answered my ticket, so I think things will be sorted out now thanks..
