Yesterday I recieved an email from support about creating a support account. In the email they said that they already created one for me and used my regular accounts username as my support username and told me that I had to click on a link to create a new password on my support account. After I did this and tried to log in to my support account, my browser kept bringing me back to the log in page and I didn’t have any error messages. I reset my passoword a couple times but still no luck. I have no clue what the problems is. Any help would be appreciated.

Try logging in directly through “My stuff” on https://en.support.guildwars2.com/. I think that will get you in. Alternately you could email a new contact to [email protected], but I’d suggest the first option first.
