Ok, So due to the mandatory password change a couple weeks ago I switch my PS. Now, I can not remember what it is. It’s saved here and on this computer for the game, but I can not figure it out to switch to my other computer.

I have 2 bought and downloaded versions of the game. One for me and one for my wife. With her’s, which was just bought a couple weeks ago, I have an email from you with the serial number etc. I do not have the one from when I originally bought and download the game. I do not have a box. Due to this, I’m not able to use your password recovery option. So it’s seems I’m in a little of a catch 22. How do I go about resolving this?

As I just wrote in another thread, You should contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you using other means to establish that you are the owner of the account. Naturally, this is important from a security standpoint, so you will be asked to provide different information, as explained in this post.
