At first when I saw Durmand's Priory I said, "I thought these were ingame renders, not real life pictures of a model." I seriosuly said that.

I was hoping there would be stone and marble buildings in Divinity Reach myself.

Still looks pretty cosy.

The renders on his blog also include GW1 scenes, how sure are we that these are not scrapped concepts?

From the picture of the pub and the krytan house, it doesn't look like you can enter the structure, but maybe they will add a separate instance for the inside of the house that would be bigger than the house's dimensions will allow.

The Guild Wars images have "GW" in their names, and the GW2 images have "GW2" in their names.

Locations like pub-interiors will probably be separate zones because it would probably reduce lag in big cities like Divinity's Reach.

If interiors are seperate they are free to put a lot more detail in. So yeah, they will.

his blog link seems to have mixed messages, several of the posts there are of GW1 pieces....the Ascalon wall looks almost identical to the one you cross in Nolani mission, and the Krytan Farmhouse is the same as the ones you see around Kryta in GW1. Asuran rings from outside Rata Sum, the Tombs etc.

The first 3 or 4 pieces I can see as GW2 pieces, since they are not too similar to the current GW, definately the tree for example. The rest though...not sure

Also:

This blog is for samples of my prop work from the Guild Wars franchise.
So he also claims this isn't GW2 work, but possible just work from GW1 (the entire franchise)

Again, the Guild Wars images have "GW" in their filenames, and the GW2 images have "GW2" in their filenames.

I like the models however the divinity pub seems inferior to the other models, only texture wise though.

Great work continuing to find the GW2 pics, Shew! The models are really interesting and look amazing - although I think the tree looks like a Plasticine model rather than a convincing tree... perhaps it'll look good in the environment with others like it.

Well since it is a 3 story building it is probably zoomed out a lot compared to the farm house.

Seeing those renders made me think we are one step closer towards seeing real gameplay.

Nah, those areas don't get drawn by the graphics card until your character can actually see them anyway. That's why they added interiors into the engine, it won't cause performance problems. So, they won't be instanced, it will be like other MMO's where you just go right in a building and the camera adjusts.
