That's weird,...? Only for Realtek & Nvidia High Definition audio, no microphone?

Also, I have that. "Show all disabled devices".

that means it's controlled via your sound card. uninstall and reinstall the latest sound card drivers.

just out of curiosity have you gone through and done the "speach recognition setup"??

No @ the speech recognition setup. But I'll try those drivers right now.

Ehm, wait a second; I'm kind of worried now that if I'll delete those drivers (which one btw? The Nvidia or Realtek one? Lol) I won't be able to find them in that list again, and thus won't be able to reinstall the drivers?

first go through the "speach recognition setup" in your control panel. It may be that you need to "train" your mic. if that doesn't work set "line-in" (the middle option) as your default"

Otherwise you'd remove the drivers for your soundcard. The realtek audio listed are codecs.

looks like a possible driver conflict to me. I'd use one[nvidia] or the other[realtek], of course, that means disable/uninstall the one you aren't going to use once you figure out which may be causing the problems.

Make sure the mute switch on the headset cord isn't on.

Edit: To clarify - depending upon the quality of the switch, shielding, etc., there could be enough leakage through the mute switch to be able to hear it faintly even when it is "on". Or it could be partially "on". Or it could be broken.
I should have mentioned to switch it on and off anyway just to make sure it's fully on way or another.

Edit #2 - And, ofc, there's always the possibility that your headset is NFG. (no good)
