My good old laptop (I will try to post my PC later, but its just a worse copy of my laptop):

Laptop: Acer Aspire 6935G
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2.53GHz, 2.53GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Hard Drive: 320GB
Video Card: Nvidia 9600M GT
Bluray DVD player
17" HD LCD
External 22" Monitor (Or is it 21"? Can't remember.)
External 1TB Hard Drive

This laptop has served me for just over a year now and I am hoping to keep it alive for another 2-3 because I am very stingy now with my money and hoping to save a bit.

EDIT: Oh yes! Terrible picture quality I know! I took them with my crap 3MP phone which I dread.

I know I shouldnt post anything but gaming rigs here, but Don't buy alienware, just build one yourself and save some money.

It's still somewhat on topic no? I'm really looking for laptops so I can travel, can you even build a laptop? Plus I don't know the smallest idea of where to start building a comp, probably destroy the parts before I even put them together.

You can build laptops, and they are a little bit cheaper if you make them.
Its just more challenging then building a desktop pc because it takes more planning and the parts aren't all standard.

I'm using a Macbook:
2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB

I can run GW quite well via Crossover, gonna get Windows 7 soon, I think it'll boost performance a bit. It does get really, REALLY hot, so I'm kinda scared to play it.

I just hope GW2 will run on this, or else I'll have to get either a PC, which means finding out exactly what parts I want (which is why I bought a Mac in the first place: it works and I don't have to do anything for it!), or get an iMac without knowing if it'll run GW either under Windows 7 or via Crossover. But I guess at this stage nobody knows what the minimum specs will be. If I can get the same graphics as GW1 on medium settings, it'd be fine.

Specs still the same as they were before, with the exception of a monitor - dropped the 175v for a 2333HD so I could watch TV and play PS2/PS3 at my desk, while gaining screen real estate for my PC and desk real estate for anything other than the clunker of a TV that I had sitting there before.
