I spoke to marketing and those coordinating w/ our publishers about this.
At this time, there are no plans to release this book in hard cover format. Doing so would push the release date much further out. Having said that, hardcover is something that we may be willing to consider. We'll take a look at sales from the first book to see what demand is like, and maybe we could think about it for the next books. In part, we're looking to the Guild Wars community to show us if there is demand.
