Did you disable the HTML Embedding function YouTube provides? If so, how does one use the new function properly? Does it allow for some,... Configuring?

HTML was disabled simply because it's hard to control what someone can do with it, and there are many ways it could be abused.

The Youtube embedding BBcode is pretty straight forward, though doesn't allow for the extra customization of the HTML version.
