LIVING STORY
Flame and Frost: The Gathering Storm
  • Fixed an issue with Living Story invader events occasionally stalling.
Guild Bounties
  • Guesting players will now be eligible for personal bounty completion rewards for foreign chapters of their guild.
  • Guesting players will be able to start Guilder Content for foreign chapters of their guild as long as a guild member from the host world is present in the map with them.
  • Fixed a bug that would prevent some bounties from correctly scaling for additional players.
  • Fixed a bug with the Sotzz the Scallywag bounty that would allow it to be instantly retriggered.
Story
  • “Striking Off the Chains” – Fixed bug where Hywel could die, blocking progress.
  • “Striking Off the Chains” and “Liberating Apatia”- The ability to summon additional krait has been removed from the bosses in these steps.
Professions
Posted Image Mesmer (PvE Forums // PvP Forums // Skill Calc)
  • Fixed a bug that caused some melee attacks to behave inconsistently.
  • The Prestige: This ability now plays the blast finisher only at the end of the ability.

Nothing about server lag being fixed yet.
Edit: anyone have an official.quote about these problems?

no, they wait for the problem to fix itself, players quit so no more lag, No more culling issues.

The storyline with Apatia before the update was annoying and im glad they fixed it. :D

I'm actually glad for the guesting, I can go to a less laggy server.

What i don't really like is what seems to be a "temporary solution" that they have implemented at least on my server. And that is lowering the population cap on every zone. Sure, now there's no apreciable lag on dragon events or any other world events, but the pupulation cap is so low that you end up on overflows all the time, and therefore you miss the events. Dragon timer is less useful now because if you wait for the spawn window to zone in you will find yourself in an overflow. Even zoning 30 minutes before tthe window starts doesn't guarantee you to avoid thte overflow. And, to make things worse, many trolls keep reseting the timer to make people go away so they can enter themselves.
