The event page has just been updated with new information regarding Flame & Frost: The Razing Living Story.
New Features
- Braham’s Struggle - "Join Braham on his journey to find aid for those norn who stayed behind in the foothills of the Shiverpeaks—a journey that will bring you into conflict with the deadly Molten Alliance!"
- Rox’s Mission - "Team up with this young charr gladium as she strives to prove her worth on a dangerous errand in the midst of a war zone!"
- We’ve Been Infiltrated! - "Confound the Molten Alliance’s war efforts by destroying these spy posts wherever you find them!"
- New WvW Progressions and Abilities - "We’re adding a brand-new WvW progression system—which includes new World XP and new WvW Ranks. You can use your WvW Ranks to purchase new titles and abilities that are exclusive to WvW. We’re also rolling out new WvW achievements to help you track and plan your progress; you can keep track of them in your Achievement panel."
- Improved World vs. World Performance - "Beginning March 26, you’ll be able to see way more players on-screen in WvW, even in the largest pitched battles!"
- New Guild Bounty Hunt Targets - "More fugitives are on the run, and the Tyrian authorities need your guild to bring them in! Prepare yourself for a challenge, because these three new bounty targets are more elusive and menacing than ever. Bounty Hunt Training missions are perfect for a new or small guild looking to work their way up to bigger challenges."
- Introducing Leaderboards - "We’re excited to announce that we’ll activate Guild Wars 2 leaderboards with the release of Flame and Frost: The Razing on March 26. However, the leaderboards website won’t be visible to players until we’re sure it has stable information, which could take up to a week after the release goes live on March 26. Initially, the leaderboards will feature WvW rankings, PvP player rankings, and total achievement points."
- Need Guidance? - "Heralds in each capital city will bring you up to date on the latest Living Story content. Look for special scouts in Diessa Plateau and the Wayfarer Foothills who will point you towards nearby activities."

Are those clothes and hairstyle unique to that NPC? I'd pay gems for that look, fuuuuu.

I didn't even read the rest of the information. I'd love that heavy armour on my warrior. Hopefully this is a sign of some new armour skins coming with the new content. I'd like the hairstyle more if it weren't for the ponytail. Maybe this is a sign of new character customisation options (beyond hair colours) to be added to the game? I'm sure they will be hairstyle kit exclusives though.
Those weapons look new as well.
Braham is probably the most handsome norn in the game. Rox is a very furry looking hylek.

Yeah seems like a very small amount, I am sure they will make up for it buy having lots of stuff in the gem store
Nah but I was kind of hoping they actually change how WvW works with everything being based on night capping and ninja capping while avoiding fight, ya know, maybe Anet actualy fixing the broken stale system in WvW? I am not getting my hopes up...

The only meaningful thing I see in that list is Supply Capacity (that will be a huge one for small ops groups that try to ninja towers, or servers with people too dumb to carry supply) and Siege Might. Depending the the increase of siege damage, you could see walls and gates melt a lot faster. This would be valuable for both big guilds and zergs hoping to break a gate or wall before they get overwhelmed as well as small ops groups like the ones running a cata siege under Briar on the borderlands or the ninja group at the northern gate of Bay.
I'm not sure what mercenaries are, but if it has anything to do with supply camps I could see a niche use for that one. It's already possible to solo a supply camp, but doing this faster would always be welcome. We might see more aggressive small ops teams taking supply camps after this one goes through.
Most of these thigns just help, but only Supply Capacity really lets you do things you couldn't do before.

Braham looks great of course and I hope that weapon set makes its way into the game for player usage. But holy crap, the charr in the neighboring screenshot.. I don't know whether to laugh out loud or flee in absolute terror.

Can't say I'm too excited for anything else honestly except whatever dungeon they decided to revamp for this patch (if any) and hopefully some class buffs.

I wonder, are the WvW ranks and stuff going to be Account Bound or Soulbound?
If I remember correctly, the buffs/skills are character-bound, whereas the title that changes your name should be account-wide.

I really hope Braham's hair and shield become available somehow. They look great.

Hopefully they work on redesigning the dungeons people don't run before they start destroying the ones people did run.

How are 3 additional targets perfect for a small/new guild?
It's not the 3 additional targets, but the training missions that are ideal for smaller guilds.
I would think that the training missions will spawn one or two targets and/or have a longer time for completion.

It's probably vague wording on their part. They wouldn't be that oblivious I hope.

At the risk of seeming pedantic, the wording is quite clear. It is stated in a separate sentence at the end of the section.
I thought WvW was all about zerging, I'm pretty sure I've seen you post complaints about it. Now you're bitchin' about tactics that avoid the fight.
