The good news just keeps on coming! Nearly two whole months before release, fans can purchase the entire Guild Wars 2 Soundtrack for only $29.99 at DirectSong.com. Jeremy Soule and his legendary music is synonymous with the Guild Wars franchise. He has composed every piece of music from the original game, and has made a triumphant return to bring players four discs of music for its sequel. If that wasn't enough, for a limited time every copy ordered will be personally signed by Jeremy Soule himself.

What are you waiting for? Go and purchase your copy now! Estimated shipping time is 4-6 weeks from the time of the order, so anyone who orders now should receive their copy well before official launch.

Enjoy!

I think that's the first time I've heard someone say they're settling for GW2.

Who cares if it's signed, iTunes or no deal. ;x
Oh hell no!
I'd rather haver amazon or something, itunes is usually overpriced, tricks you into buying again or just "loses" your download.

Darn, they are at the point they could sell you a rock with GW2 Logo on it, and people would thank them for that.

I already bought all of the GW1 albums from directsong when they were still heavily DRM'd (not cool.) I'll probably buy the album GW2 soon.

But I don't see any real point in buying a signed copy, because it would be something that would never get used. And when you try to sell it years later people will be like "Guild Wars 2 what?"

Nah on a second thought is not a big deal. Sanity is overrated nowadays. If only they didn't 1:1 conversion I may think on buying it.

I bought the CE, and caved in and go this too. I'm sure there will be duplicated tracks and yes I know it'll be on torrent 10 seconds after release but I believe in rewarding people for good work, and from everything i've heard the soundtrack is stunning.

I'd rather buy from a suspicious looking asian website with million of popup than from directsong again.

Only problem I have is that this site uses Paypal.  Might still get it though cuz it's a nice collectors item if you are a GW fan.  Besides, I didn't have enough money for CE version of GW2, so this would be good.

I wish more ppl would buy CDs instead of just downloading everything.  I'm not against downloads but if it's music you like you should support more.  People shell out 60 bux for games they hardly play but can't spent 20-30 on a cd...weird.

Fantastic soundtrack composed by Jeremy F-ing Soule != "rock with GW2 logo on it".

The soundtrack is the main reason I wanted to get the CE. Thankfully I just went with the DD edition, and now I can buy the full soundtrack separately.

Regarding "I'm waiting for the digital version"....buy CD, rip to computer? I don't understand the problem.

Well, I don't know about him but for me it's the shipping costs. I admit I haven't checked them this time, but I'd imagine something between 10 or 20 euros. It was something along those lines for the books at least.

Simply put, if it's physical it costs almost twice as much as it otherwise would be.

I think everyone who bought the collector's edition wanted something like this, a complete collection but we got the best of. :qq:
