The schedule for PAX Prime has been published this afternoon. Here are the panels I've found ArenaNet and NCsoft employees participating in:
Queers in Gaming
The presence of queer content in gaming and other media has been a hot button topic recently that reflects a conflict in our wider culture. Homophobia and bullying in games are as old as online gaming, but is this a small group of Xbox Live trolls or is there a wider problem? In this panel we will discuss the homophobia encountered by gaymers and queer geeks as well as how to stand up to it by building strong LGBTQ geek communities.
Panelists: Benjamin Williams [Program Coordinator, University of Washington, Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity], Ashley Cook [Writer, Gfbrobot.com], Jeremy Crawford [Lead Developer and Editor for Dungeons & Dragons, Wizards of the Coast], James Portnow [CEO, Divide by Zero Games], Gwen Yeh [Game Artist, Arenanet], Boris Erickson [Enforcement Unicorn Ninja, XBox LIVE]
Business Models of PC Games: Then, Now, and Looking to the Future
How do the lessons of the past affect our strategy for the future? Are audiences growing tired of the subscription model? What will the role of DRM be as more games are sold primarily online? The development and future of PC Gaming is examined by the creators of Diablo, Guild Wars, and Torchlight.
Panelists: Max Schaefer [CEO, Runic Games], Patrick Wyatt [Founder, ArenaNet], Stephen Goldstein [Interactive Entertainment and Video Games Practice Group Chair, Stubbs, Alderton, and Marks], Travis Baldree [President, Runic Games]
How to Snag the Advertising, Marketing, PR or Script Writing Job You Dream About
In addition to technical roles, opportunities exist for marketing, advertising and PR jobs as well as script writing and dialogue. Five senior executives will tell you how they got into the industry, what it took to move up and what they look for in candidates. This session, one of the most popular panels at previous PAX conferences, will allow everyone attending the chance to ask their personal questions.
Panelists: Sue Bohle [Bohle Company], Amanda Glasser [Managing Editor, Inside Network], Dan Amrich [community director, Activision], Susan Adrent [Writer, Themis-media], Lincoln Davis [Senior PR Manager, NCSoft], James Seaman [Top Ware, GM]

Hopefully they'll also cover transphobia, since it looks like Gwen seems to be either trans or an ally.

Uh, wow. I just searched for Anet and assumed it was correct! I wonder if which part they got wrong.
Feel free to PM me if you have a question regarding moderation, want to leave some feedback, or just want to chat!

Queers in Gaming
...
Boris Erickson [Enforcement Unicorn Ninja, XBox LIVE]
Leaving aside the panel topic, I am intensely curious about unicorn ninjas, and their role in enforcement.
Ninja unicorn?

Yeah, I agree. Our guild is a west coast gaming guild, so we are always careful to make sure vent, etc. remain welcoming to folks from all backgrounds, but hasn't been my experience with some other guilds. We encourage applications from women, glbt folks, and minorities - must be 25 and over, though, so I guess we have a bit of an age bias.
Anyway, the panel should be interesting.

And they'll be busy with the onslaught of non-pre-purchased players logging in.

Launch isn't the end, but the beginning. There's always something to talk about! And it's in their backyard, so it's probably THE most convenient opportunity for ArenaNet to do convention marketing/panels. I fully expect them to be on the con floor, but I'm crossing my fingers for a wee bit more.

PAX Prime usually has least one panel focusing on gaymer culture and challenges each year.

Sexism and homophobia (a term which I hate, by the way. A phobia implies a deep psychological fear, and most people who are 'homophobic' don't have underlying psychological issues. They just don't like gay people.) are a big part of the gaming culture right now, and there have been several large-scale issues popping up in the past few months. This is an issue that needs to be talked about so geek culture and gaming culture welcomes everyone to the tent, not just boys and men of a certain orientation.
For a group of people that were stereotypically ostacized at some point in their lives, geeks do a great job at ostracizing others from joining the culture.
