Thanks for the info.  Wow 6 points for arcane blast.  Do we know if they have switched tiers at all or just amount of skill points needed?

It looks like they changed Warrior banners to all give regeneration naturally.  Was there any change to the trait for that?

Engineers getting nerfed to be more defensive it seems. At leastt that should get a bunch of bandwagoners away from the class again. After BWE3 the number of engineers went up by so much; hopefully that number should go back down now :P

Support Warriors using Banners and/or Shouts and a Hammer got shafted...why cut the range in half?

EDIT:
I assume that Inspiring Banners when taken will push the range back out to 1200 but what about Shouts?

@thomson: thats odd because i just created a guardian to test, and it shows a small 6 next to empower, is there maybe a trait you have thats increasing it?

Hmm, im not 100% on that, the tooltip said 6 but i got 12 during test in the pvp lobby

Ahh,  I feel better about these changes.  They increased Cloak and Dagger which was Overpowered with the last time, and reduced their healing; while giving them a little bit of love by removing the ridiculous cost of detonate..  They actually balanced updates with the necromancer (gave some, took some...still getting more love than most)

The longbow changes with the ranger are very interesting.  Buffing Barrage seems a bit absurd (WvW is difficult enough) but they balanced the other skills down a bit.  That will encourage more weapon swapping after opening with Barrage.  After playing it BWE1, I wondered if any ranger would ever want to do anything other than a LB/SB combo.

Guardians didn't get enough love.  They seem to be having a lot of trouble with a heavy armored support class.  I just wish they'd gimp it's offense and buff it's support.  They don't need to give it heals, but other forms of damage mitigation would be nice.

Looks like they know how they are going to roll on elementalists.

I may make engineer and thief toons just for WvW exclusively.  Can't get excited much by them in PvE yet, though.

They got love in some ways, a booty smacking in others.

Also noticed a recipe that uses unidentified dyes and quite a lot of them 0.0
Guess I better stop opening them the moment I get them....

Is "inspiring Battle standard" still a trait? would be pointless it it were (warrior tactics XI trait)
