Found an interview with John Peters in which he tells us that the Guardian is indeed the 'Blue Mace Lady' but it's still a question as to who she actually is...

Love the answer to the last question. :P
But Aside from that is was an ok interview. Not much information, just further confirmation that the BML is more of a ground or crowd controller than a tank.
Though I have to admit it never came to my mind that the Characters which are depicted in the conecept arts for the profession are going to be actual characters within the game.
Really wondering how far these will have an influence on our personal story.

Love how every single site out there is now using the 'Chardian' caption. Unless ANet themselves started it, heh.

Nice, some extra tidbits about the differences in the soldier classes.

All of these sites have been begging for Guild Wars 2 news for months (see all the articles in the past few months about nothing except "no info yet"), so it's expected that once some actually good info comes out (especially about a new profession with new functionality) there'd be a flood of articles. :D

I like the nockback then reviving thing. I hadnt thought of how awesome these domes might work with respect to reviving.

And are we to assume that these concept art profession poster boys could be actual characters?

That'd be awesome.

Good little interview. I liked how it mentioned the differences between the two soldier classes.

Cute little bit about the identity of the Blue Mace Lady. It would be cool if the characters on the profession page turned out to be in-game NPCs rather than just concept art.

Haha, suuuure you would :P

I think that could be really interesting. Or maybe I just like the idea of an anti-Destinies Edge.

Haha not necessarily, just some opposing group of characters that are antagonistic in some way. Could be good guys but just with flawed methods or lead by an *sshole or something. Maybe tried to step into DE's shoes after they fell apart but became corrupt or whatever...

I dont know, i'm not being paid to write this stuff! :D
