Those are part of the character background, or personal characteristics if they affect the visual appearance.

I'm just saying that your format could be better, because at the moment it reads as "random thing 1, random thing 2, ..." and that doesn't really facilitate the issue in any way. There's a logical division between different characteristics as I listed, those that belong to the character itself, those that belong to his armor, those that belong to his equipment and so on. Breaking them down along the natural lines helps with making the request and also with completing it.

True. Maybe bulleted items such as:

Distinguishing marks
Skin/fur color/pattern
Eye color
Favorite color pallette
Armor/clothing style
One word summation of personality (can help with posing or the mood of the image)
Equipment (including weapons and other non-armor doodads)

A little bit of backstory:

The thing about my little one -Aniaa's her name- is, she hasn't quite been the same since her Master died. Aniaa was a good little apprentice, and he was a great Master. As he was dying, he intrusted her with the title of "Genius" and left her forever. She lost a bit of sanity that day; she loved her Master, and he "abandoned" her. She tends to mix up the living and the dead now. If a pet of hers dies she simply reanimates it and continues to treat it the same way, parading it through Rata Sum, petting it, "feeding" it biscuits. She's relatively harmless until one of her "organic golems" (A golem mixed with rotting flesh so she can easily control it) gets loose and is deemed an anomaly by the peacemakers. She's thrown in jail after she makes her creation smash the golems and their riders. Little Aniaa is then banished, where she somehow wanders to the outskirts of Lion's Arch and studies the Orrian undead nearby.
Aniaa is tends to ignore the state of disrepair her armor is in- she adds bones and such to it, but refuses to mend it. She wears a blindfold and uses her connection to everything spiritual so somehow move around. It's her way. It would help if her armor reflected how disconnected she is to regular thought- a big of a garglemesh, if you will.

Oh, where is your glasses?  Put them on, it will make the world seem more 3-D.

Lovely drawing.  Especially love the armor and the pose.  Won't mind seeing girl model in that pose, if you know what I am saying....(what I am saying is that I can't draw such find dynamic pose, so won't mind to see a model pose it so can trace it)

As your have is fine.   realistic mid-size.  I don't have a good graphics card, so can't put too much memory in jigga-physics.

Bio/Important Feature 1:He is short and skinny for a norn (I'm thinking like 8'6" compared to the typical 9' norn) with black hair.
Bio/Important Feature 2: His element of choice is earth for its protective qualities (he's a weird norn).
Bio/Important Feature 3: He is highly protective of his friends (don't see how this would help in drawing him, but :D).
Bio/Important Feature 4: He follows Raven but is gifted by Wurm.
Bio/Important Feature 5: Following on the above, he is capable of taking on the aspect of Wurm (e.g., he uses "Wurm Form" rather than bear/raven/wolf/snow leaopard forms).
Weapons / Clothes: Nothing really decided on this, but I can easily see him with daggers. For clothes, I tend to view him in something akin to this, but with a more elementalist feel than necromancer feel.
Primary colors: Doesn't really have any.
