First is Meta I get the idea of it but can some one explain how and where we got the term from?
Next is bunker build. There were some other terms thrown out in one of the state of the game posts. If anyone can clarify these two and any others that might seem to apply I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks and sorry if this is a dumb question.

Metagame: http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Metagaming
Bunker: Means playing defensive, hence the word bunker. A build to stall time, to keep yourself alive with high defensive stats and skills and focus on self-heals while dealing little damage back to your opponent.

I think meta in some cases is meant to be as "meta event", which is a series of dynamic events ending with a champion boss (shadow behemoth, shatterer, teaquatl, Caledon wurm, Fire elemental of Metrica, etc..)and a big chest of loot.

Teq: Tequatl, the Sunless
LFM/LF(#)M: Looking for (some number) more
Path: The optional routes in explorable mode dungeons.
F/F, F/U, U/U: The optional routes in Twilight Arbor, as rather than having a list at the beginning, you choose 'forward' or 'up' at various points.
I also see OOC used to refer to "out of combat", or a simple r for "ready"

some more:
General:
mystic toilet/sewage: the Mystic Forge
JP: Jumping Puzzle
MF: Magic Find
AR: Agony Resistance
WP/Warp: Waypoint, often used as a command/reminder to respawn
Stomp: Finishing off an enemy player in any PvP format
Rez/rezzing/rezzed: Resurrection, often used as a request to be resurrected
Culling: (See a Dictionary) Refers to when players and/or enemies do not display to the player properly due to server limits on Arenanet's end.
Perma-stealth: Literally "Permanent Stealth". A term originating in WvW. While Permanent stealth is not actually possible in a combat situation due to Stealth's mechanics, the term was created due to the culling effects caused in World versus world allowing certain players to maintain a state of permanent stealth through normal Stealth and culling (this resulting effect is unintentional).
Los: Line of sight. The usage of physical obstructions to hinder the enemy's attacks/movement.
Dodgejump: The actual term for this phenomenon is still being debated. It references the ability to increase the distance gained by a dodge by jumping and dodging at the same time. This also allows the player to increase the normal jump distance.
cd: Cooldown. Implies the speaker has (a) key skill(s) on cooldown.
Dungeons:
Stack: In dungeons, used as a command to have all players of the party/in the vicinity move directly on the speaker's location.
adds: Additional enemies. Additional foes that are spawned or participate in a boss fight that is not the boss itself.
Exp: Explorable Mode (does NOT mean "experienced")
Spawn Rush: A term used often before the update in January 2013. It means that players, upon death, should instantly spawn at the closest Waypoint and run as fast as possible to the ongoing fight. While this is still applicable in other formats, the term has become seemingly obsolete.
Wvw:
BL: Borderland
EB: Eternal Battlegrounds
Water Gate: Any gate of a keep that requires swimming/water to access.
Golem Rush: The action/idea of when one builds Siege Golems and uses Mesmer Portals in order to quickly traverse a map and effectively take down enemy fortifications.
Reinforced/Fortified: Refers to the strength of a Keep/Tower. Reinforced means the fortification's gate has increased health. Fortified means both the gate and walls have increased health.
Buff: Refers to the invulnerability buff granted to the leading NPC of a Supply Camp/fortification upon it's capture.
Almost all landmarks in WvW are appropriately abbreviated to a degree, i.e. in any WvW Borderland, there is a west Keep known as "Bay", and an east Keep known as "Hills", despite both Keeps' actual names.
sPvP:
Bunker: A player that is built to hold capture points.
Roamer: A player that is built to take capture points.
Hybrid: A player that is built to do perform both the roles of Bunker and Roamer, but not as well as either a Bunker or Roamer.
Rez denial: Resurrection Denial, a term that means to prevent enemies from resurrecting their allies by various means, such as killing the target, poison, crowd control, etc.
