i think medium/high then. GTX650 desktop version isnt very strong but isnt weak too, much like half way. Plus you are playing on 1080P so i suspect medium but it can run it. However what i suggest is that when you get to play the game you can tweak the settings because i am NOT sure if my predictions are correct.

I see "monitor resolution" posts on every page in this thread.
Why?
For me, game runs at SAME FPS in 720p and 1080p.

Ah, a low resolution. I think you can play on High settings, or medium at least. What i recommend is setting shadows off/low and reflections off. Use FXAA if you want as it only cost <1fps. FXAA only blurs the whole thing up, but it is pretty. Post processing set on normal/default, and sampling set to default too.
The rest you can tweak yourself, but i would set texture and environment to medium, and animations med/high

the CPU is your bottleneck btw. It is 2x weaker than my laptop CPU(i7 2630qm) well according to passmark anyway but still, the G860 isnt strong compared to the newer ones. So maybe i suggest animations set on medium maximum(not that it will do much difference but still)

And oh, since the CPU is weaker than the GPU, and weak overall, you may find yourself a bit of trouble in WvW. GW2 is extremely CPU intense and in WvW you have like 20-50+ people doing skills and running around.

That is my laptop. I am sure I meet all other min. requirements but since my CPU is 1.9GHz, I am not sure how that will affect the game.
I want atleast about 20-40 fps(smooth looking and playing) game on atleast<<< atleast lol atleast low setting. Will that be possible? Thanks.

Because monitor resolution greatly affects your fps. For example, someone who can play on max settings on a 1366x768 might have to lower graphics if he wants good performance on 1920x1080. Monitor resolution could be the difference between being able to play the game and not.

The game should be playable, probably on Low. That cpu isnt that strong and gpu isnt helping either.

And if you say your monitor resolution we can give you more accurate estimates

I was interested in getting the game but my pc is a bit outdated and i was wondering if the game would run properly. I would like it to run smooth at 20-30 fps, don't really care about the graphic settings.

For me, game fps is just the same on 1366x768 and 1920x1080. Mid/high settings and  no diffrence at all (just checked, i have 22-24 fps in LA on both resolutions)

It depends on your Resolution, but you will be able to play at some decent settings.... anywhere between MEdium and High, depending on resolution and location ingame.

Should be able to handle ~High or a bit better if you can reach that OC at that Resolution.

Hi, was thinking of getting GW2 in the next couple of weeks, but I hear it's really hard on the CPU. Would I still have issues  in WvWvW with this build, even If I run it on low settings?
