I have a couple of questions on GW2 beta download package, I wanted to ask on GW2 guru forums, but the forums are down
>Are the Files split up after download?, or is it like gw1 installation where you have a tmp, exe and a .dat file going at 4-5 gigs
>Is it possible to patch/download on a USB?, I currently have 60 GB cap at my dorm plan, and I was wondering if I can go to a library and download the whole shebang on my 32 GB USB
>Is there a link to a full installation package?, i.e, the entire 13-14 GB file that can be downloaded at full capacity/directly

The files are not split up. You end up with an exe and a 13 GB dat file.
Yes, you can download it to a USB if there is sufficient space and the file system is not FAT32 (one the drive, right-click -> properties). FAT32 has a file size limit of 4GB, so GW2 won't be able to finish downloading on it.
ANet did not provide a full direct download. Any that you find would be downloaded at your own risk.

I am already full on my 60 GB monthly cap(I will have to pay for extra), my only option is to download at library/comp lab and this would require a direct link to download. I just don't understand why Anet didn't provide alternate option in the case full patch download is not possible
I would greatly appreciate if someone can link or perhaps upload the entirety of GW2 and PM/post the link

If you can, Try borrowing a friends laptop.
Then you can DL the game with the GW2.exe from the Library or any place you can sit at for a few hours or so with the laptop plugged in, and then copy it to your USB drive when the download is finished and you're set
Or, If a friend or some one around you is going to play in the Beta, you can snag a copy of the game from them.
