That is IF and ONLY IF you are shooting to avoid xp.  If you head down there normally and discover wp/poi, you will certainly gain a few levels.

True, my lvl 9 against a lvl 15....everything was "glancing" and doing next to no damage lol.

Technically infeasible, but not impossible. Others will probably beat you there by leveling normally, though.

I don't think it will be comparable with Droks runs. There were more monsters and less space during them, so except if there is a high density of monsters or very very few WP in higher level zones, I doubt the difficulty would be too high .
