I need a laptop that can run GW2 smoothly, not at the highest settings at all. Just something that can run GW2 for around $500-$650. I dont know much about the requirements or computers. Thanks.

Wait for AMD's Trinity based laptops to arrive. I think they are due in May/June. They will probably be your best choice in that price range to run GW2 decently at 1366x768.

There aren't any out yet, the first official reviews went up this week on demo machines that AMD sent to the reviewers and these aren't models that are commercially available, they were made for the sole purpose of reviewing Trinity.
