These are really beautiful paintings. I really love your use of colors in the first and second especially and the loose painterly feel to them. Your portraits also remind me of Zhang Lu's in that there's a soft airy feel to them, you might like his work! Great work overall, may request a painting in the future. =)

I most of the times post the timelenght on deviantart if you want to check. Most of them take between 2-4 hours. The two I'm posting underneath only took about 30 minutes each.

I love Zhang Lu, specially this one is strongly inspired by him. He has such a great style.
And thanks
Here are some quickies, trying out new colors. Also, my iMac has returned to me! So now I can see colors well again, and see that the one with the Asuran Fireworks is wayyyy too dark.

I would love to see what you could do with my characters, if they inspire you at all...
First is my main, a sylvari mesmer named Liusaidh. She's a spring-time sylvari born during the cycle of Dusk, and as a result is interested in learning everything she can (moreso than most sylvari) and joined the Priory. She was swayed a bit by the Nightmare Court initially, but after seeing the horrors of the things they've done she quickly abandoned that before they could get their claws into her. Despite being highly intelligent and well-read, she has a habit of spacing out and is incredibly easily distracted. She's a bit of a space case at times. She's also a pretty, pretty flower

The second is my human thief, Janan Savitri. The name should be familiar as you are well-acquainted with my GW1 characters

I have loads of other characters (I have 11 total right now...those two posted are two of my four 80s and I'm halfway through a fifth), but those are the ones I think you'd have the most fun with. Plus one's a charr so I know you wouldn't draw her.
