I'm not sure why we don't have this info, that's really uncool, i want to think about my best build before the BWE.

There are also some new traits, i think every class will have some new traits. I think most OP build were actually 30-20-10-10-0, at least for my ranger it's like that. Almost every profession had a useless trait line, for warrior it's tactics, for ranger it's beastmastery. I really think these lines will have some new traits, esp. the tier 3. I think the tactics trait line doesn't have any skills worth of a tier 3.

I think great fortitude is a tier 3, cuz it gives like 150 toughness, getting 250 stats by spending only 10 points seems quite huge.

Haha, I'm not sure, but that's what my build ended up being.
10 Strength, 30 Arms, 10 Defense, 0 Tactics, 20 Discipline

Those 10 points in Defense were to grab "Shrug it Off", so I'll probably have to use the points for something else now. Other than that, I think my build will be okay.

I'm sure most people will be fine with the change once they play tomorrow.

I, for one, hope some of the traits have been changed or removed.
I can't see this new system working at all with the previous traits. :|

I agree, while I liked some of the old traits quite a bit, I would like to see half of them maybe redone, changed etc.. Felt like while some weapons had a ton of weapon specific traits, others barely had any and had to pick more general ones.

I wasn't too keen on the specific weapon traits (those that directly increased damage anyways) since it made you feel gimped switching from a weapon set with trait to one without, or on the other hand gave the impression that a weapon that has a weapon trait was weak if you didn't take the trait, or normal without, but then more powerful with then those that don't have damage traits. It felt like you were forced towards certain trait lines if you picked a certain weapon. So at the very least for those reasons I hope such traits will be tier 1.
I'm looking forward to the tiered traits (though I dreaded them at first), I can't say they wrecked my build since I cant make up my mind on the build I want anyways xD

yeah i agree on the weapon specific traits, its kind of ridiculous how it goes against the warrior being a 'master of all arms'. more of a 'master of all a-.... oh wait lemme change my traits one sec brb'

I like the weapon traits, I think maybe during the guild wars weekend you really want to test out all weapons, but i when you're playing for longer you really getting used to having 2 always the same weapon sets. Guild Wars is all about weapons and changing weapons, so yeah weapon traits are a good idea. Besides you can always change the major traits.

i can hardly believe that momentous greatsword is tier one, if you take precision rune you have 50%+ crit chance, that means that with 1000 blades you will be able to easily crit and stack might, ive seen videos of people doing it, gaining about 15 stacks of might from one use of 1000 blades

Thanks for the update.  For the most part, this doesn't mess with my shouting build, although I'll have to go 30 tactics.  Oh well, I'll just take Empower Allies, or something.  =)

Thanks for update, I mainly use the shout built, a bit hard to keep my original traits but since "shrug it  off" is T1, I still get a workable built.
I would go test it later :)

This! :D

My 10/30/10/0/20 build was barely affected. I replaced "Great Fortitude" with "Berserker's Power", but that was the only change I had to make. ^_^
