Op seems a little arrogant... I agree with Saladin, bulls charge + frenzy + etc is getting overused. It definately isn't very hard to click couple utility skills and follow up with rapid attacking skill.

It's a different video that's just as lengthy, around 14 minutes, so I figured it needed its own thread to keep things from getting confusing with questions and so forth. In addition, if I just updated the old thread or posted the new video as a comment I'm sure many people wouldn't even notice. I worked pretty hard recording everything, sorting them by quality and then dividing all the content properly through out 4 videos so they're all interesting. 2 more coming up as soon as I get them done! I don't know how others feel about them but I'm pretty proud of them and I believe they do a pretty good job showing how a warrior can shine in PvP using various builds. If I didn't know much about Warrior PvP this is the type of videos I'd want to watch to get a pretty good idea of what to expect. But then again, that's just my personal opinion.

It doesn't really work that way. You do consistent average damage through building up and maintaining bleed stacks. You can normally keep up around 10-15 and then you use Flurry or Frenzy to get up to 25 for a short period of time. If you step away even for 2-3 seconds you loose around 3 stacks a second. Not to mention many professions have condition removal traits and utility skills. I can't even tell you how many times I JUST used Flurry to get up to 25 stacks and then BAM they're all gone a second later through some condition removal skill... It makes you cry on the inside a little it... I have a few clips if you're interested in seeing some examples of swords bleeds game play. Warrior is kinda OP in this beta. All warrior use the same burst combo and kill anyone in secs. Arenanet will disable this then saw me some good fights.

and if you need video examples of duels that were quite balanced even against Elementalists that are the squishiest targets, check out my 2 videos posted in the warrior forums, Matale 1 and 2. As Greatsword axe/shield which is the best spec atm, I show several very balanced and close duels.

If anything, with the exception of Greatsword and Axes all the weapons need buffed, their damage is too low.

People need to learn to play and stop crying. Other classes are just as bursty, especially Thieves and Rangers but also Eles, Mesmerers and even Guardians. I show in several of the fights how to avoid the warrior burst and also how to avoid burst from other opponents. Too many people go in sPvP with full offensive traits and utility skills and then cry about being squishy. Get a stun breaker, get an immunity spell, throw in some toughness and then try again.

I guess it's called personal preference. I'm not a big fan of watching videos where people run around for minutes without any action, but all I see in your video is your ego. It makes me think: what a moron... showing his 10 highly conditional kills and hiding his 200 defeats. I mean no offense, it's just what most people think and probably the main reason of all those negative posts. Anyways, I appretiate your time and effort for sharing GW2 content even if it's not to my liking

This vid is horrid; the OP is extremely full of himself; if u watch the vid properly, ull notice that he is mostly fighting squishies, mostly engies and eles, and there is no gameplay whatsoever, just him stomping brats who caught their parents out of the computer; at two points in the video, the OP shows his true contribution to his team: 1st, ull see the match report and he got 25 points, from 5 kills (wow, five kills in a 8v8 match, amazing!!), not a single point from capping, defending, reviving, neutralizing, offending, forest killing; 2nd ull see a much better display on the match report: a whoooping 35 points, gained from neutralizing a point and...5 kills: Absolutely brilliant!!! Im speechless!! And this guy is a highly specced dmg dealing, warrior  killing machine, i mean, 5 kills??? c'mon, its genocide!!

Playing PvP Structured and epic battles

Here's another video from Matchless Gaming over this last BWE 2. Just some more tournament play, in this case 4v5. This video shows the role a warrior fills in group play as well as showing the constant mobility provided to the warrior around the map via the greatsword skills.

Very presumptuous of you. I used the Rifle over the Axe because I felt it provided more for my team. Few people use Rampage, if that's what you mean by Juggernaut.

Regardless Warriors are a Strong Burst Melee dps class, it shouldn't be surprising for people to play the class as the role it was designed for. Some of the discontent I read about Warrior burst and Axe/Greatsword is laughable.




Yea I'm not sure why people would think this either. Although if you don't rune/gear/trait properly it could leave you vulnerable.

Really all Im interested in is dual swords builds. Much to my chagrin I noticed they changed flurry to a bleed so I kinda wish they gave warriors something that made conditions harder to cleanse.

Question, in this video he used flurry but it only added like 15 stacks of bleeds at best and each hit ticking for 45. In another video I seem a dual wield sword warrior hit with flurry, got 21+ stacks of bleeds and each hit ticked for 96 with 4-5 ticking per second. Why is this?

Im terrible at searching for them, can you pm them to me? Yea I seen in a video a guy who stacked bleeds with sword throw and auto attack and they got cleansed instantly then he hit the ele with flurry and it took fat chunks of hp out of his life until he died, I think it might come down to how well you trick your opponent and outplay them but yea I can see the condition removal issue, it sucks.

First of all I ask advice from players who have played what I havent, and help in this scenario is the same thing as advice. I also didnt know that people who ask advice are skilless, coulda sworn part of becoming better was getting advice and improving yourself. Proof is every player Ive played with and or against, ratings Ive had in all my games that give testiment to my skill and teams skill. I dont need to play gw2 to know Ill be good at it, regardless I feel I can always get better so if I have to ask advice to do such a thing then so be it. Going into pvp not thinking your the best will lead to low self confidence and therefor causing your team to carry you and make decisions for you. Dont worry tho, I think Im the best at every aspect of my life and everything I do including sports/games/every day decisions. Anyways troll on flamer I feed on your flames.

Can any1 tell me why at 1:15 and 3:16 he is able to get 20-25 stacks of bleeds that tick for 94 each with dual swords but in another video someone using sword/shield gets 10-15 at best and hits for 45 each bleed hit? Does that second sword make a difference or is it traits that are more towards bleed damage?

Sounds good. I think I seen one of your videos but you used sword/shield, and I cant understand why in your video your bleeds tick for 45 and you only manage like 13 stacks with flurry but in http://www.guildwars...ifferent-specs/ at 1:15 and 3:16 he is using 2 swords and gets 25 stacks of bleeds each ticking for 94, why is that?

Thats prolly because this guy stacked malice (or the profession equivalent), wich increases condition dmg, while that other guy didnt stack for condition dmg... it should be known to you by now, at this point in the game's development, the formulas and all that its related to cond dmg are all around here in this site.

Example: with no malice, bleed does 40dmg per tick, poison does 80 and burn does 320; if u have, say, 150 in malice, bleed does 48 dmg per tick, poison does 95, and burn does 358.
