The exact situation I was pondering is: do the Thieves I can summon with skills also take advantage of the skills which grant Stealth to allies in an area?

For example, if I use Thieves Guild to summon allies, then use Blinding Powder to grant them Stealth, will they be able to perform an appropriate Stealth attack with whatever weapons they're using?
