Guild-World.Com (A subsidiary of fragworld.org) is happy to announce our 3rd Community Town Hall for Guild Wars 2. Due to popular demand this time we will be having one for EU as well [that and Arenanet made us ]

About
These events are a chance for guild leaders, officers and fansite admins to come together and talk about recent happenings in the community, to meet other guilds and discuss the future of the game. Also its valuable to Arenanet as another place to get constructive feedback about Guild Wars 2. They listen and provide feedback for each townhall.

It may be just me, but this was posted in june 19th and the upcoming meeting is may 30? Is my sense of time wrong or am I reading it wrong? Can some one explain this properly for me.

Hi, thanks for arranging this event.
I would like to sign up as a main editor of gw2.variance.hu which is a Hungarian Guild Wars 2 fansite. We also have a guild for our readers, Real Variance [VaR] (the name is not final). Under current circumstances, I will be the only one presenting the site/guild. If the admin of the site, or other guild officers can make it, I will update this comment.

And of course, I signing up for the EU meeting.

Me, Thor, leader of Asgardians will try to be at the NA meeting. Try as in, not sure if I will be awake enough at that time of day since I am an European myself. Playing with my guild on an NA server though.

Myself, Amon, and Kutulue guild leaders of Downunder guild will be attending the NA meeting. We are Australian/Oceanic guild, so the meeting will start around 8AM - 11AM for us.

Our Prime Evil, Kram, won't be able to join due to work so we will be there in his place .

Remember EU meeting is now Thurs due to the stress test. See you guys and gals  there! Should be another good turnout but feel free to spread the word and show all the gamers out there why Guild Wars 2 has such a great community and why its called GUILD wars. Arenanet has confirmed they will be listening in to your feedback. Its a secret if they will be there live its a busy day for them. There will be events where we can ask them things directly but these townhalls are where they can listen in on our feedback, suggestions and  what we the community have to say.

I have been trying to sign up in your website with no luck. I get an error message every single time. I also have been going to your TS3 in hope to talk to one of your admins but no luck so far,

I will just ask you here, so what now? we signed up here do we just go online in your TS3 when it is the meeting time? or are you going to give us a room password? Plus it seems the participating list is not being updated.

Please help ty.
