Hey,
Do heals from Sigil of Superior Leeching, Sigil of Superior Blood, regeneration from Dolyak rune, Dwayna, heal from rune of the Monk etc benefit from Compassion? If yes (at least for some), can you provide contribution - e.g. how much heal from 100 Compassion?
Thanks!
Are heal Sigils/Runes affected by Compassion?

http://wiki.guildwar...i/Healing_Power
Healing Power, also known as Compassion, is a secondary attribute that improves all healing performed by the character, including healing from the regeneration boon.
Healing Power is increased by investing points in the following profession-specific trait lines. Each trait point spent gives +10 Healing Power.

Thanks for the reply but the info I was looking for is something more specific.
I know what compassion is and what it does. I know which trait lines give it for each class. Still, useful stuff to have centralized.
What I want to know is if heals from Sigil of Superior Leeching, Sigil of Superior Blood, regeneration from Dolyak rune, Dwayna, heal from rune of the Monk etc benefit from Compassion and if so (at least for some), I was wondering about the contribution compassion has - e.g. how much heal from 100 Compassion.

Sigil of superior blood did not appear to fluctuate in damage, depending on stats. I did not thoroughly test this though.

Angelus, I'm asking about the healing from the sigils/runes, not damage. That's why I'm asking about the contribution from Compassion.

Thing is, sigil of superior blood heals you based off the damage it does.
When something says life steal, they literally mean do damage, and receive healing.

Aha. Then, you think life steal is based on Power rather than Compassion?
And do you think that the life-steal is based on the damage of the skill that triggers it or is it just a bonus damage that transfers life from your victim to yourself? If it's the 1st, I can see a life-stealing Eviscerate being OP.

Damn, no one knows this, huh? I'll just have to test these things myself in BWE and come back with feedback.

The blood sigil was not affected by power or damage done, im sure about that. Im not sure if it was affected by compassion, but I was stealing the same amount of health as every youtube video on it and I didn't notice any difference after changing traits around.

Might be unaffected then. Thanks. How much were you stealing?
