TLDR; longer duration on symbols or symbols that heal?

My build quite support heavy, relying on mostly symbols and consecrations for party support. Utility skills will most likely change depending on the situation with exception of purging flames.

with the changes you get regen for you and allies when you pop your heal skill, also you get a very nice regen duration 50 percent all together and you get a regen skill from focus so even more healing

Knowing that & the fact that any heal other then your personal #6 heal will scale badly with +healing I would suggest droping some of your + healing stuff for other things.
(if they were to lower the base heal of a couple spells but increase the scaling this would be fixed, till then I wouldn't suggest + healing items other then runes for bonuses & honor for major traits)
For instance your max health is pretty low, a skilled warrior/ranger will be able to burst you down quite easily. The same can be said for PVE mobs if they get a lucky string of hits.
To solve this I would suggest the soldier's Amulet or the Knight's amulet. (Soldier will max out survivability & give you some power for dealing a bit of damage when in mace range while knight will give more health as well as power & precision so you can smash in some skulls while helping allies with boons).
Lastly I hope your running with someone who is going to be throwing out a ton of ranged projectiles or whirls because with only purging flames to remove conditions you may run into problems... especially in PVP.

I thought it was the same. We seem to be observing different healing numbers a lot. I dunno.
Merciful is probably sitll better in this case since he's using Swiftness as well, so he'll get the healing on that too.
