I've been wondering if there was any website that might have the spawn times and locations of a boss of Champion ranking or are they just random.

To have such a site you first must have a finished game people have been able to play all the way through to gather that information.
Anyhow, the large bosses are mostly at the end of DE chains, which may or may not happen. No set times, set locations though
